In order to better manage the NovaWorld backend, we will be introducing a “No CD Key = Account deleted” policy after 48 hours. Any account that does not have a CD key on it will be deleted after 48 hours of being created. This will help purge the database of unnecessary information and clutter.

Also, please do not forget that accounts that are inactive for 90 days will be also be purged from our records. So please remember to fill in all information in a timely manner on your account, and keep your account active by playing on NovaWorld or logging into NovaWorld.com

this is all fine and dandy but they better not deleate any account that belong's to a service member serving there country .
