Eroor connecting to game servers

Hi!
If connecting to a gameserver for task force dagger, the panel shows after the "verifying" message ??vcoldversion.
What does that mean? I updated my game the day before, but I´m using my brothers original game-CD with a no-cd crack, what do I have to do in order to get this thing started?

Your best bet is to re-install the game, (making sure you remove the old version first, even removing the TFD folder and all the files in it that was put there by the game install) Get the update and then use the no-cd. I think part of your problem is useing the disk if its not the disk you originaly installed with.:cool2:

to properly install othellos 8player coop/no c/d patch , like charger said un install tfd compleatly even the main folder it contains the components the un installer dosnt get rid of. ok after no more tfd any where on your h/d re install tfd do large install , ok dont up date through the c/d itself up date through novalogic's web site . now when this has been compleated unzip othellos 8player patch in its own folder which will be created when ya hit unzip now. ok when thats done read the read me its easy. just run the .exe for the patch and direct it to your main tfd folder open folder and hit the tfd.exe , hit open and the files will install . now the patch is installed right and ya can play w/out the c/d and should have n/p . if so we shall try again :luxhello.gif: :icon_beer.gif:
