Under Ojects Tab:

A good habit is to set all your items/objects to a group. Such as buildings to building and trees to trees. This way all items of the same will stay in a group togeter in the Objects Tab and make it easer to find if needed.

In the obects tab highligh item(s) and then right click over item(s).
Select Groups... from the tiny menu. Set New Group and name the group what you want. Highlight sevearl items by holding left Ctrl and clicking each item.

TREE VIEW will show itmes in the perspective groups as well.

Useing object filter:Search filter

Under the Objects Palette Tab, in the Filter box at the bottom of the list window.

To use the filter, enter a word of an item you are looking for, such as gate, etc and any item that has the word gate in it will be highlighted in bold lettering. If you are looking for a certain item and not sure where it might be this is a faster way to find it.
