When I try to go to my page, I see a "Page Not Available" message. What does this mean?
If you have received the "Page Not Available" page when viewing your site, you may need to create an index page. For more information on creating an index page, please see this help page.
If you've already created an index page, and you're still receiving the "Page Not Available" page, your page may have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service, if any of the following statements are true:
Pulling files from your GeoCities account to a location outside of Yahoo! GeoCities, such as auction sites, message boards, and other web sites.
You might try to put the pictures on a webpage, label it index.htm and provide a link to your site's homepage. If you make more pictures, make a page called something like mypictures2.htm and put them on it. Then, offer a link to that page.
Geocities frowns on simply providing storage. They want you to build a website.

This looks like a LW or TFD screenshot, so the detail you get won't be as realistic as one from BHD or TS. Anyway, the way your tiling looks, it appears that you have one picture at 1024 x 1024. You might try resizing that to 512 x 512 and put in in a corner to start. Surround that with three blocks of 512 x512 desert flatland. Then, try making a greyscale picture of what you just did - for the raw depthmap.
Remove the buildings and replace them with the pavement coloration - adding them back later with buildings from the MED. Any adjustments to height can be done to the depthmap with a decent editing tool. Dark for flat - light for bumps.
BTW: The reason for the resizing - to raise the detail level.

Different Satellite Photo - Not as detailed as yours - Groom Lake Included.
I found some other topo maps.. if you want to go that far with it.

thanks.. but im wondering if making the base smaller would take away the realistic feel of how large the base really is. but i will give it a shot. also it would be great if you can tell me how to make a .bat file for people who wants to download and install this terrain. The terrain is made for LW and TFD.

It will look like this. Just right click -> edit to suit your needs. Notebook is used to write. Save As -> All Files -> PackArea51.bat

ok thanks alot.. so if somebody downloads my .bat file will they have to put the bat file in there delta force TFD or LW file and then install? or will the files go to terrains.pff by themselves?

All 4 files go in the LW/TFD directory - including that *.bat file. You can also be more 'user friendly' - and add the following lines after the pack commands to help the user keep their install directory clean :
del Area51.tga
del Area51.pcx
del Area51.trn
del Area51.bat
