Couple things don't work in JOTR FV

I noticed I can't take a screen shot with F11 or any other key. I'm pretty sure it used to work but stopped. I checked key mapping and it's fine. It does save them to your game folder like the other DF games..doesn't it? Also, the manual says when hosting you have the option to replay maps (Yes, No or Cycle) mine just says (Yes, No) no Cycle. I'm thinking about reinstalling the game but don't really want the hassle. Anyone else seen these two problems?

I just tested and I'm able to take screens with F11 and in Replay it doesn't say Cycle, just Yes or No. Not sure about whats up with screenshots and yes it does save the shots to the JO root folder so if it was working thats where they would be. Useally a fix is re-installing so maybe this might help your problem. :cool:

K, thanks Charger. That's the way I was leaning on the screen shot part but I wasn't sure what other people were seeing under their hoist options. I know I've taken screen shots before and I hope it's not because of a new wireless keyboard and mouse and their drivers that I just installed couple days ago. Will do the reinstall tonight and see. Thanks again.

Hi i had that same problem and other thing with the F* keys and i found out it olny works with keyboards that have the F* keys in groups of four how u can understand this!!!!

Thanks Joker. I do have the groups of 4 style so I guess that's not it but I fixed it somehow.

I downloaded and reinstalled the latest update directly from Nova's website. The first time I installed it from within the game but I noticed it says "If you have any problems updating or after updating, please use the single file update available here:" so I tried that and it seemed to fix my problem. But, I also reset my keys to default and remapped them again at the same time so I can't say for sure which fixed the problem but I had never remapped any of my F keys so it must have been the update thingy. Thanks Charger and Joker for trying to help.
