Choppers blowing up in 3 shots?!?!

Was on one of the jolt servers tonight. What was wrong with it! Well you could blow choppers up, with 3 shots of a sniper rifle. Whats up with that? Same with all other vechiles. Is this a setting servers can set or just a bug?

Made the game crap. a server seting for JO that allow's a sniper rifel to take out choper via 3 shot's . i didnt see any setting for the host and havent experinced this even during techbeta testing . so there for i suspect they have altered the the game.cfg file or another file unless im blind and wrong and missed that setting in host optain's
