V.20 Download

I have downloaded C4 V.20 from this site a few times now and I always get a problem. This last time was the 'best' I am now using V.20 in multiplay. And its OK. But I tried single play yesterday, and what I get after 'Loading Mission' is a view out of the Cockpit. But there's no cockpit, no instruments or targeting pip there. and as soon as it enters the game -after the verbal instructions- I get an instant SYSDUMP! This happens on all singleplay games so unless I find a solution, I guess i'm stuck with multiplay....
Anyone know of a solution???

Not sure but u may have to update the game, then try the C4 V.20 from this site.

OK,

This is a somwhat crude but thorough examination of all the files related to c4.

Unzip the attached file to a convienient folder.
Then double click the C41stAid.bat

(It will relocate itself to the [Default] Comanche 4 folder upon execution.)


Should take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes to complete.

When its complete the results will pop-up in a notpad window.

Copy and e-mail the results to me and we'll go from there.

(What it does)
These batch files compare the pff contents (file-name & size) with the log files included (generated from a fresh install with the latest updates). It will also take a snapshot of the c4 folder's contents to make sure there is no files that may interfere and to check the file size info for possible corruption.
