I regret to inform you that *BK* have people imitating us. Someone has way !!! too much time. We have caught these people in three different servers. Doing the usual, disrupting the games, making accusations etc. We have logged the ip's with Nova and banned them additionally. We know who it is but in order to keep this official... If any CPD members observe this sort of disruption please log the ip and contact us asap, we will verify id. Thank you guys, look forward to seeing you in our server.

I am happy to report that an apology was posted on several websites including ours by DFA Riot of Death From Above... thank you for your concern.

Death From Above [DFA] command wishes to make the following statement:

DFA has made drastic reconstructions to become more respected in the Delta Force Community. We ask that you read this post in its entirety to allow DFA to recover from the recent incidences and events that we regret participating in.

DFA admits to and apologizes for the following offenses:
*Impersonating other squad members in attempts to deface their integrity
*Glitching by way of “Satchel Stacking” in a Novaworld Server
*Disrespecting other squads by posting vulgar and offensive statements in public forums

The following repercussions and actions have been taken following the above incidences:
*COL Hitman has been demoted to CPT
*SSG War Eagle has been demoted to SGT
*SPC Pipe Dream has been demoted to PFC
*DFA-MB03 & DFA-Tango6 left on their own accord to avoid associating with a squad that lacks integrity and honor
*New rules and regulations have been reconstructed to avoid repeated incidences

DFA formally apologize for the above offenses. We realize that this is unacceptable behavior and ensure the Delta Force Community that they will not be repeated. DFA does not support cheating, glitching, bugging, or hacking in any way shape or form. However, we also don’t allow the blatant disrespect to other squads and their members.

DFA only requests that the Delta Force Community accepts the apology of DFA and the reassurance that there will not be any future reoccurrence of the above offenses.

All DFA members (as of 3 May 04) have ammended this letter and have agreed upon it's content. DFA again apologizes for the inconvenience and disrespect DFA has laid upon the Delta Force Community.
