for those whom allready have bhdexp installed w/bhdts just deleate the old terranova.pff file in the mod folder inside the main bhd folder before ya instal the ts patch . then install the bhdts compatibility patch , but if you dont have bhdexp get it this dnld rocks . has 20 new terrains for us maprs 200 new items new sounds weapons and so much more for your bhd bhdts enjoyment

What's bhdexp is? EXP stand for Expansion pack, bhd (Black Hawk Down).
Black Hawk Down Expansion pack.
This Expansion pack is from Terranova, new Vehicles and Buildings, and and and from Comanche4 for BHD.

Thats also one of the first mod that was made for BHD. Not to many people play that anymore. To bad too, it was a good mod. The new mod that's out for BHD now is the Insurgency mod. I've been playing it almost since it came out. You can find the download for it here www.bhdstats.com You will have to register on the site before you can download it. If you get it look for my server sometime. It's named CTEMaps in the server list. If your new to the game and have any question feel free to ask. Always willing to help out when I can.

Team Sabre is the only actual expansion pack for BHD. The rest are considered mods. The main difference being that Novalogic released Team Sabre and the mods are released by third party independent mod teams or individuals like ZAK. One of the best things about mods is you get great new content for the game and it doesn't cost you anything.

Thanks again for all the info! Just started playing the main game and TS in the last week and will install a few of these exp mods once I am done...

I think I might be ready to try out MP as well. The first time I played BHD SP I ended up having to cheat starting on the second mission IIRC, this time I have nearly completed both it and TS without doing so, in fact, I am on the last SP mission of TS. Must play too many FPS games! :spin:

Anyway, I will check these out tonight and see what's going on at NovaWorld and if there's anything to know before connecting to a game. Never have tried any sort of online game play, so will look out for some info first and see if it's something I'd like to try.
