efam cheat ?

I fly with full efames , I didn't know it was cheating. I thought i was trading getting locked sooner, For more fire power. someone please explain.:puzzled:

I don't understand why flying with a full external weapons load would be cheating, either.

I'm sort of glad I don't play the DM's cause from what I'm getting there are allot of whiners playing in those games (just kidding boys, **** back off!). Having efams doesn’t seem like cheating to me but if the host is critical about how many ordnance your carrying, if you have more then the next guy by all means state that at the beginning of the match to give everyone a fair advantage, wither everyone carrier’s all or everyone carries limited it should at least be fair.:ar15:

I think you are a little confused. Having or not having Efams is not cheating.

There is a an Efam bug that was discovered in the Novalogic software. The way it worked was by using a certain key stroke you could drop your efams and still have 28 stingers. So you would have the speed and radar signature like you had no efams attached but with a full load.

That is why it was a cheat.

Check out the new and improved AE patch that Inso<D*S*S> developed at www.deepstrikesquadron.com.

It takes care of the 3h/8h problem along with the efam problem. Novalogic servers like Fallen Angel will not have this patch. I would say that all Squads have this program/patch running when they have a server up.
