I can't get the cheats to work in single player. They advise to press 'R' and then the code. This does not work. Can anyone help me??

i don't know of any single player cheat codes for C4. you might try gamecopyworld.com

I KNOW YOUR NOT ASKING FOR MULTIPLAYER CHEATS. IF SO, YOU'VE COME TO THE WRONG PLACE

:duh:

why is there a thread in this forum with 28 replies on how to get past the drone map?

after 50 failed attempts at completing a mission, it would be nice to have a code to bypass the map & move on. I'm sure that's all chuck is looking for

Hmmm...I didn't see 28 replies as cheats for getting past the drones...but I understand where you’re coming from. I was more or less analyzing the drone map to understand the sequence on the drones...okay so now I'm all droned out and have that out of my system, I personally don't even know what cheats are available for C4 so maybe I was out of line even posting here....:regan:

The only publicized 'cheat' that I've ever come across wasn't really a cheat - simply a way to bypass the mission that gives the player trouble. Change your name from the Change Pilot choice in the main menu to Wolfblitz. This choice unlocks all of the missions in the Archives, allowing the player to move on to the next and return to the mission later if he wants to.

I'm intrigued... Drones? What drones..? Did someone get a mission I don't know about ?

but i think it's really sad that anyone would ever use one, so i'm not even going to mention it.

First these cheats don't work in muliplayer, online. So if thats were you tried um thats why.If they did no one would want to play ya. Ok in game press r cheats some have to be in caps. The supra heli cheat isn't a r cheat you have to enter that in players name. same with that's easy cheat to get all missions. I tried a couple they seemed to work. As for why do people need cheats. What differance does it make if you use a simple cheat in a mission by your self. On a game you bought. If so many people didn't want um they wouldn't be so easy to find.:ar15:

Posting about trainers and cheats is banned from this board?

I did not know that, and if I broke a rule in this forum, Im sorry.

If I did'nt - did the thread have to be deleted? No-one was being forced to download it. It was a matter of individual choice. Im not starting a ruck, Im just asking :)

Comanche 4 is a joke game. Its a flying version of "Soldier of Fortune" - basically an airborne FPS.

It is not a simulation, so personally I do not see a big deal in using a trainer or a cheat code. Video games in the end are meant for entertainment!

On the other hand I would totally agree with you if this was a hardcore flight simulation with a good flight model and flight physics with realistic enemy AI. If that was the case I'd never use cheats or trainers - that would be like finding a cheat for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Im with hardcore. Some of the responses to Chucks ?. seem alittle tough. While I admire some of you hardcore gamers for the skill and tech you have. Keep in mind C4 is going to draw some older players. Who wont have the skill you do. Your hands and arms wont work as they do now in 20 or 30 years. So as my mother used to say if you can't say something nice don't say nothing at all.

how could you know, no worries dude.

and i also agree with you. C4 is not much more than "gas can" reskinned as a helicopter (fps). but still a blast to play.

but we all believe here that trainers ruin a multiplayer game. it's not much fun to play with a bunch of kids who get their amusement using a trainer.

we don't moderate much here, but linking to this stuff hurts us all.

i hope you agree

Anthony - No one should use cheats EVER in a multi-player game! Now THAT is lame! I agree totally.

I've neve played multi-player..but would'nt somone using a cheat stand out like a sore thumb? For example if you notice somone fire off 200 Hellfires one after the other lol.....

:)

you should HCU, your missing out if you dont play online.

sometimes they standout and eventually get booted if the game server is manned. but even if it is manned, these kids are just out to cause as much grief as possible & then leave.

(when i say kids i am not referring to age, just maturity in gaming)

:( Sorry if I 'violated' any of the rules of the forum. I was just looking for some help from the peope who play this game. I can't play on-line , because I have a dialup that only supports 26.4. I can't afford DSL!

I hope none of you have to go to actual war.

ok, you guys are making feel like the czar around here. that is so far from fact. i seldom ever mess with anything here. and there seldom is anything that needs moderation. there is nothing in this thread that is wrong.

just please dont link to a trainer. it's most likely not going to stop someone from finding one, but we don't endorse it.

Diss'ing C4...hmmmm
I guess you can say its not a flight sim compared to, lets say Flight Sim 2002 but then again Delta Force could be considered "stick figure solders" compared to something like Ghost Recon or Medal Of Honor.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of DFLW and TFD as well but if your gonna talk turkey about my game then I just had to toss my 2 cents in and hope ta’ god I get some sort of change back…

I wasn't dissin' C4. I love the game, I was just trying to point out the fact that its hard to take seriously from a mission point-if-view because it is SO arcade!

Then again thats what C4 was meant to be. I think its got great gameplay!
