punting out of logon

Hi Othello this just might be a wierd thing but my wife has been hosting BHD through the no logon for Nova and we find it is punting people. It seems to punt them a couple of times and then they can play, I have both the patchs installed and it does it to me once and awhile. Do you think a reinstall will help or do you have another idea, or is it just cause im old and the games is starting to dislike me lol. Another thought could it be the firewall?
