1.5 vs 2.0 DM tourney

I was thinking of hosting a little tourney between the 2 different versions we are all playing on.......Basically I need 8 pilots for each version preference......It would be a 2 game, 8 player DM played out within each server to decide which 4 would advance to a 2 game, 8 player final (1 game being played on 1.5.......the other on 2.0)......The first 8 to sign up for each version will play.......the 4 pilots that will advance from each version will be decided by best overall ratio not total kills...the winner will be decided the same way and results will be posted on the <IFS> website......The 1st round will be played on a Saturday with the finals being played on Sunday........All I will need is a good E-Mail address and your version preference...Send all replies to CL2@zoominternet.net.......all participants will be E-Mailed the results that evening.......
Just thought it would be a fun idea............I have both versions and a good connection (500 up....3000 down) so should run ok....the only trouble is I cant play......boo hoo:(
tourney will be held on the 21st and 22nd of this month...if the response is good... :dance:

Also, is any one interested in raising the stakes ? I would personally donate 50 bucks to the prize fund if you were to get 20 bucks from every entrant and make a 1st and 2nd, or 1st 2nd and 3rd prize split part of the contest. just an idea.
