I love Novalogic games and have all the Commanche series. I just recently started dedicating time to C4 and am finding it TOUGH! I have the enemy mode set to easy. Am I just a wimp or is the general consensus that this is one tough game?

I didn't find it that tough in general, however some of the missions are very difficult. If you have any specific problems with specific missions, write a post and maybe some people can give you pointers to complete the mission. With some missions, you don't have to do exactly what they tell you to do in order to be successful, sometimes instead of going from waypoint to waypoint in consecutive order, I take a detoured route through the waypoints (which after trial and error, I found to be safer).
Guns and hydras are good weapons for non-moving targets or targets moving in a straight line. Shooting at targets from a safe distance is often effective. Stingers are good for moving and flying targets. With some missions, I just load up 28 stingers and shoot at everything with the stingers. I rarely use hellfires, sometimes they come in handy for targets hidden behind trees or hills. Hellfires are also useful for sinking those large destroyers in "Glass Eye." Hellfires make you vulnerable though, since you have to maintain a constant lock on your target for a long time which makes you less stealthy and visible to the enemy.
Use the minus key to zoom your radar all the way out at the start of the mission. It's also a good idea to farp often in order to keep your damage level at a minimum.
Also, there's good pointers on Reaper's webpage http://webpages.charter.net/die/c4/c4.htm

Its a little hard when you 1st start. Change the Enemy Diff. to Normal, then go to your sound settings and turn the rotor volume all thw way down. You can go to the SAI web sitehttp://www.silentassaultinc.com then look under Information, make sure u read Sparrow's Survival Guide, that should give u a good start. You can come to our practice on Tues. or Thurs. at 9:00 pm est, we will help you to get flying like a pro. Sorry it took so long to answer your post.
