Have you tried these:
http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=winxp-2k_30.82
The WHQL certified versions?
If you try them, be sure to uninstall the old ones first.

Follow this link to get Detonator Destroyer.
http://www.guru3d.com/detonator-destroyer/
Go into Control Panel>System>Hardware and click Device Manager. Expand the video hardware tree, click on the GF4 entry and remove it from your system.
Then run Detonator Destroyer.
Reboot. Let XP install its own driver. Then run the latest drivers from Nvidia.
Just a note, you never have to run the drivers from the manufacturer of your card. Usually, Nvidia's are the best drivers. And, it looks like you have a botched driver install.

Definition: Anti-aliasing is a technique of blending bitmap-based images and text to reduce the stair-stepping or jagged appearance. In areas of transition, the edge pixels are blended to give a smoother appearance. Most software provides anti-alaising as an option when placing text or objects in a bitmap-based image, however, anti-aliasing should be disabled when very small type is used under 8-10 points.:wink2:

Sorry Rus but I cant help you on that one Buddy.
I've installed the latest nVidia driver on my PC wich is the 40.72 ver (I think) and it took care of a couple of probs that I had.
PS My upgrade is working perfectly, I really needed the boost to play on the internet.
